About Pawsitivity

Welcome to Pawsitivity, where furry friends and yoga enthusiasts come together for a unique bonding experience. At Pawsitivity, we specialize in hosting puppy and kitten yoga sessions and social events that combine the therapeutic benefits of yoga with the joy of spending time with adorable animals.

Our mission is to create a safe space where people can unwind, de-stress, and connect with their inner selves while surrounded by the playful energy of puppies and kittens.

Pawsitivity isn't just about yoga – it's about building a community of like-minded individuals who share a love for animals and a desire to make a positive impact. That's why we host a variety of social events, from adoption fairs to charity fundraisers, where you can connect with fellow animal lovers, support local shelters, and maybe even find your new best friend.

Good For the Animals too!

Socialization

Our events provide an opportunity for puppies and kittens to socialize with humans in a safe and controlled environment. Interacting with different people during yoga sessions helps the animals become more comfortable and confident around humans, which is beneficial for their overall social development.

Spending time in a calming environment surrounded by gentle human touch can help reduce stress and anxiety in puppies and kittens. The soothing atmosphere created in our events, combined with the presence of caring individuals, promotes relaxation and a sense of security for the animals.

Stress Reduction

The novel environment and experiences in a yoga class stimulate the animals both mentally and physically, providing enrichment that can prevent boredom and promote healthy brain development. Exploring new surroundings and interacting with people during yoga sessions is mentally stimulating for the puppies and kittens.

Enrichment

Physical Excersize

While puppies and kittens may not actively participate in the yoga poses, the playful interactions and movements during the class can still provide them with physical exercise. Running around, playing with toys, and engaging in gentle interactions with participants help our furry companions expend energy and maintain their physical health.
